Silviya has a Bachelor degree in International Finance and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

She has nine years of professional experience in non-governmental organizations, working in USA, Kosovo, as well as with partner organizations from Africa and Asia. She has worked in the development and implementation of projects in various thematic areas, such as social inclusion, citizen participation, volunteer engagement, and work with youth and marginalized groups.

Silviya values the contribution of art and culture to community development and growth and is happy to be back in her home town, Plovdiv, during the year of the title of European Capital of Culture.
