Geno Doykov

Expert Projects and Events

Geno Doykov holds a Bachelor in Archeology and a Master in Cultural Tourism from Plovdiv University. He had worked on projects connected with the development of Plovdiv, based on his historical and archaeological past.

He took part in major urban revitalization projects, like the project for the revitalization of the Roman Stadium in both phases, the excavations of the Odeon.

For almost two years he has been an employee of Municipal Enterprise for Tourism and had worked in the field of tourism, developing the contacts of the city and presenting it to his visitors as a future "European Capital of Culture 2019". In Plovdiv 2019 Foundation he started as a Marketing and Advertising Expert, which was his position till 2021 when he become Expert Projects and Events.
