Well, me myself at first also thought about the human, but the more I studied one, the older and colourless the human became. It even seems to me that one day the human died. (...) The world of one of the most genuine Bulgarian writers – Yordan Radichkov will come into life on the stage of State Puppet Theater Plovdiv embedding all the specifics, often absurd, full of miracles and metaphors, inhabited by superstitions, and all sorts of fantastic creatures and creations.
The premiere of the performance for adults “The Bowler Hat” titled after the author's short story is expected on 11 March 2021 and will attract to the creative team of the theatre the established artists such as the director Katya Petrova, the stage and costume designer Rin Yamamura, the composer Hristo Yotsov, who will be joined also by the choreographer Anna Pampulova who is already a precious part of the team of the puppet theatre.
