Results on the Open Call for the Artistic Programme of Plovdiv – ECOC 2019 Supplemental Session – Reserves
Results from the Supplemental Committee Session on the Open Call of MF “Plovdiv 2019” for the review and evaluation of eight project proposals, evaluated as “reserves” on the Third Session of the Open Call for projects for the artistic program of Plovdiv – European Capital of Culture 2019.

Preliminary Procedure and Evaluation Methodology.
2.1. On the Third Session of the Open Call for projects for the artistic program of Plovdiv – European Capital of Culture 2019 altogether eight project proposals have been evaluated as “reserves”, which proposals are due to further review in case that any of the approved project proposals was withdrawn or there is provisional financial resource for contracting them. After eight from the approved projects were denied realization by the applicants, the Evaluation Committee of MF “Plovdiv 2019”was gathered on a Supplemental Session on which to review and evaluate the projects – reserves.
2.2. The projects – reserves have been evaluated by an Expert Committee appointed by the Managing Board of “Plovdiv 2019” Foundation. Each member of the Committee presents their individual comments on each of the project proposals – reserves. The final evaluation decision for the proposals is formed by taking into consideration the evaluation, which each reserve project has been given during the Third Evaluation
Session, and based on of the necessity of the content completing of the artistic program of Plovdiv – ECOC 2019, which program was specified and established on the basis of the content of the confirmed projects of the second and third sessions of open call. The final Committee decision is taken by a majority. A committee member who is against the decision may sign the Record of the Session with a dissenting opinion and state their reasons in writing.
Received Project Proposals and Decision of the Committee
3.1. On this session reviewed were eight project proposals evaluated as “reserves” on the Third Session of the Committee on the Open Call of MF “Plovdiv 2019” for the artistic program of Plovdiv – European Capital of Culture 2019.
3.2. All evaluated proposals are listed below, in Table 2, following the order of their registration numbers. The final column in the table shows whether the project is approved or not.
3.3. Next to the evaluation results of each project proposal is indicated the amount which is to be granted to the approved candidates. All candidates with approved applications are due to present an updated budget to Plovdiv 2019, reworked according the approved by the Expert Committee amount of the grant – up to 10 days after the results are published by Plovdiv 2019 Foundation.
