The Videlina Choir in Concert (12 July 2019)

The concert on 12 July at 20.00 at Boris Hristov House of Culture, will commemorate Master Petar Danov, the Bulgarian-born spiritual leader and musician, who wrote more than 200 melodies and songs performed by ensembles and soloists the world over. Danov's music is one of a host of methods developed to help the harmonic growth of the human being.

In 1937 Mihail Ivanov, a pupil of Petar Danov's and known also as Master Omraam Mikhaël Aïvanhov, founded the Universal White Brotherhood society and the Videlina Choir in France. Over decades, hundreds of people from around the world – France, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Belgium are only some of the countries – have taken part in the organization. The Videlina Choir appears in concerts across Europe, and this will be its third visit to Bulgaria.

The concert, in which more than 100 choristers will participate, will be led by the charismatic conductor Yordan Kamdzhalov, Cecile Astruc, and Philippe Fallot.

Free entry!

The project is associated with the programme of Plovdiv – European Capital of Culture 2019 and is implemented by the Vidya Project Association and the Byalo Bratstvo Society.
