Plovdiv's Choirs

Music can be heard at most unusual places - Plovdiv's six choirs will enliven the city with exquisite performances. The performances, curated by Boris Rokanov, come with no pre-set programme or event, and are in direct contact with the audience, outside the customary environment of choir singing. The events will take places from March to April 2019, with each choir performing at the Central Railways Station and other busy venues.

The six choirs are Stefka Blagoeva Plovdiv Boys Choir; Kantikus de Oris Chamber Vocal Group; Chamber Vocal Group, led by Stanimira Manolova; Stefka Blagoeva Men's Choir; Ivan Spasov Chamber Choir; and the Detska Kitka Choir with the Municipal Children's Complex.
