The Long Way to the Stars

‘The Long Way to the Stars’ is an original theatre show/lecture. In an intriguing and provocative manner, it presents most recent scientific achievements that relate to the origin of the Solar System and the birth of life. The performance delves into scientific news as well as philosophical questions from the world of the modern-day discipline astrobiology.

Director is the Italian-Belgian director/writer Andrea Brunello, screenplay is by Dr. Vladimir Bozhilov, who teaches at the Physics Faculty of the Sofia University, the actor and director Dimitar Uzunov (Famille Mundi Paris and Arte Urbana Collective Sofia) and Andrea Brunello. Starring: Dimitar Uzunov and Dr. Vladimir Bozhilov. Music and sound: Alexei Nikolov. Video: Nikola Nalbantov. Visual identity: Elena Gamalova.

Three specialized workshops will take place in 2019: ‘Creative Storytelling: How to Write and Tell a Good Story’ (led by Dimitar Uzunov, April 2019), ‘Public Speaking’ (led by Andrea Brunello, March 2019) and ‘Science Communication’ (led by Dr. Vladimir Bozhilov, May 2019).
